Korean pop star BoA officially storms the American music market with her long-awaited self-titled English debut album. Huge in Japan and Korea, the petite pop sensation made a splash with her first English single, the Henrik Jonback-produced dance track Eat You Up , in October last year. For her US debut album, she has recruited many hit-making hotshots on board including Brian Kennedy who produced Rihanna’s Disturbia; Bloodshy & Avant who have worked with Madonna, Britney Spears, and Kylie Minogue; and singer-songwriter Sean Garrett who wrote, produced, and features in BoA’s second single I Did It For Love. Other cuts to look out for on BoA’s highly anticipated English debut album are the Kennedy-produced mid-tempo pop number Obsessed and the English version of her K-pop hit Girls on Top.

“Voice of EARTH” is amazingness alan’s debut album. She’s released eight Japanese singles since her debut single in November 2007 and her highly anticipated J-Pop album just came out. “Voice of EARTH” features all these singles, from “Ashita e no Sanka” to the “Five Elements of Earth” series (one of which is the movie theme song of RED CLIFF), in addiction to five new tracks, six if counting “Together”, alan’s own-composition song used as a bonus track in the first pressing editions. The DVD has so far nine music videos, including a new version of “Natsukashii Mirai -longing future-” featuring a backing chorus of grade school children plus a music video for “Together” and a making-of video of her latest music video “Gunjou no Tani”. The first press includes the aforementioned “Together” and an 8-page Sichuan photo booklet.
